This is the album cover I mentioned. I designed it recently for a local Irish band – a bunch of kids from the local music school. Click on the small image for a larger picture. I’m not mentioning the band’s name here for the usual reasons, but they’re quite good, for classically-trained Austrian kids playing Irish music.

btw, the whirling image in front was adapted from a celtic knot tattoo, with the original image replaced by a fire, then sent through a photoshop filter to give it the spin distortion. the background consists of the same image 4 times. the original is on the upper left, fire again (this time some guy breathing fire at a ren faire or something) then distorted various ways)
