I’m not a Pollack fan (I tried, I really did; I even bought the book and was charmed for, oh, a page or so, but then it just went on and -on-) but thank you for posting that link. I was, again, charmed for a moment, then let my eyes glaze over as I scrolled down through the rest. “Anne Lamott, shut up.” made me laugh. I had a friend who gave me an Anne Lamott memoiry novel, saying that she reminded him of me. I don’t talk to him anymore.
Well. A moment’s charm and one good laugh are more than I get from 99% of the articles I happen across.
