How can a turkey not gain any weight for a month?
I&#039;m staring at it (now is the 24th, morning after I posted the post) waiting for it to arrive at room temperature/for the oven to preheat) wondering. It looks a little limp, too; okay, it&#039;s dead, I&#039;ll grant it that... I imagine the farmer saying, shit we sold their turkey, give them a big chicken, they won&#039;t know the difference... OTOH it&#039;s not that small, 5kg or so; just not as big as some we&#039;ve had, some &quot;monsters&quot; that barely fit into our (modest) European oven... everything is probably okay, it&#039;s just my annual turkey angst...]]></description>
