by the bye: be careful of xylitol. it’s quite a powerful bronchial/pulmonary antibiotic– extended & heavy-ish use of xylitol chewing-gum tends to create chronic respiratory infections that are very hard to treat, since you’ve created your own little internal population of super-bugs.
