		<description><![CDATA[nice-looking house, eeksy. the one i built has roughly those dimensions, but the tunnel is a hallway inside the house, and there is no mound nor airpipe. the person who suggested the house to us (she showed us pictures of the ones she&#039;d built) builds them roughly as I did, and hedgehogs survive winters in them... i suppose it&#039;d have to be in a sheltered place, say somewhere near the house... but the more i think about it, the better the mound sounds. except, it would make it harder to clean up in May when they moved out etc.

checked the food this morning again, it was gone, but ants had discovered the dish and the house was aswarm with them... the plot thickens. maybe the hedgehog could share the place with an aardvark.
