I’ve found it enhances certain types of creativity, like the sort involved with painting or composing or sculpting, or even writing first drafts. What you can’t rely on is your ability to edit or revise.

And just because it can’t be said enough, imho: so Kerry is another kind of status quo, that’s fine. His is infinitely preferable to the certain doom variety we’re enjoying now. Ralph Nader should, again imho, either stir shit up gracefully, a la McCain, or go the hell home.
