Mostly children, with a few adult students hiding in the back rows. So, yes, maybe dreadful. But who cares, right? That’s one thing I love about this school, they are great about getting the kids playing together in ensembles and stuff. Knowing I may someday be playing in public with other people motivates me to practice.

For the first time in years, instead of participating, I went to listen to my orchestra’s performance a little while ago. And yeah, we did sound pretty ghastly from time to time, but I still enjoyed listening to everyone giving their best. It’s all about fun. :)
