See, the disclaimer itself is the work of fiction, get it?

At first I was going to make it about a guy who has a… about a different story, but then I started thinking, maybe I want to actually write that other story, because someone told me it was a great idea. So I made it about a different story. Totally fictional. The idea was, reading the disclaimer should make the reader really want to read the other, nonexistent story. Ta-dah, metafiction! Borges! But in this case, I think the story referred to in the disclaimer… dunno. Sounds a little corny.

Although I’m still keeping my fingers crossed that Hollywood will option it.
