So, you walk in to a nice chinese restaurant and walk out of a “haute cuisine” french one?

It could be worse. It could be like, “Waiter, I distinctly ordered fish.”
“Yes, sir.”
“This has legs. See, four legs. And it is trying to speak.”
“Pseudopods, actually, sir.”
“No, those are distinctly genuine, albeit rudimentary, appendages.”
“Well, this *is* an evolving restaurant.”

I’d go to an evolving restaurant. And I’d pay more than a groat.
