Tiajuana, no, but in Cabo the dentist had a plywood cut out of a tooth hanging outside the door. There was a cup full of toothbrushes on top of the toilet tank in the bathroom, my assumption was that the staff brushed their teeth a lot, my hope was that it was not with these toothbrushes. There were two dental chairs, one was hot pink, the other purple. I was just there with a friend who had cracked a tooth on salad, probably cheaper than Austria though, if you skip the flying to Tiajuana part.

I go to Tiajuana every Sunday to have my amalgam fillings replaced.

coincidentally, my dentist was just telling me i ought to get my old amalgam fillings replaced. he wants a lot of money. it would probably be cheaper to fly to tiajuana to have them done. anyone have experience with that?
