I’ve lived in the U.S., Europe and Australia and haven’t noticed any significant differences in the way people approach sex. As with all things in life, there are greater inter-person differences than inter-racial.

Your wife was probably trying to send you some kind of personal message with what she said about soccer.

My non-fan understanding of soccer of that the typical game is like this: “The first half was extremely exciting, as A almost scored four times and scored once, whereas B almost scored six times. In the first 2/3 of the second half nothing happened or almost happened, but the end of the half was a flurry of activity, with nine almost-goals and two goals, B winning 2-1.”

Yep, in the English home counties they interrupt sex for luncheon and afternoon tea, and then continue until sunset. Sex recommences the next morning.
