I wanted to be a drummer when I was young, but I was discouraged – something about being too masculine…

Film directors are really cool. That’s what I want to be when I grow up.

If I had it to do over, I would try very hard to convince myself that film school was not just a frivolous indulgence, but a good means for channeling my world-changing tendencies. And that one such degree would make me more employable than two in Anthropology. ;)
